Can I meet the cleaner
first?
Yes, it is always a good idea to meet the cleaner to
discuss your priorities with her. Quality
Housekeeping Services will arrange a meeting with
the cleaner at your house at a convenient time to
yourself, which can be in the daytime, evening or
weekend. Copies of references and CRB Police checks
will be shown at the initial meeting.
What happens
if I do not need the cleaner for a period of time?
If you do not require the services of your cleaner
for a period of time such as holidays, simply give
us a ring and let us know a couple of days in
advance. When you need us to restart just give us a
ring to arrange a start date to re-start your
service.

Do I have to stay at home
when the cleaner comes to me?
No, David and Linda are both CRB Police checked so
that you can leave them to clean alone in your house
if you wish.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, we appreciate that may have requirements
outside the normal working week and we aim to
provide a complete service. Unfortunately we have to
charge our services at a higher rate at these times.

What areas do you
operate in?
We are
based in Greater Manchester and operate in the
Worsley, Boothstown, Astley, Glazebury, Culcheth,
Croft, Leigh and Lowton areas.

Are you insured?
Yes. We
have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our
insurance policy will cover any accidental damages
to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1
million pounds.

Do you supply all the
cleaning products ?
Yes.
We bring everything needed to clean your home. We
use only the finest and safest cleaning products for
your home.
